1. Who we are

“PromoSetu” is an independent digital platform operated by Dipankar Deka (sole proprietor), based in [YOUR CITY], India. Contact: promosetulive@gmail.com.

2. What PromoSetu is

PromoSetu is a paid-membership information service. By paying the one-time membership fee, you receive access to:

• A downloadable sponsorship guide (PDF), and
• A directory of brand collaboration opportunities posted on the platform.

You apply directly to brands through the platform. PromoSetu does not arrange, broker, or guarantee any deal between you and any brand.

3. What we do NOT promise

PromoSetu does not guarantee any of the following:

• That any brand will select, shortlist, or respond to your application;
• That you will earn any income, sponsorship, or brand collaboration;
• The accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any opportunity listing (deadlines, terms or availability may change without notice);
• Any specific result, follower growth, or earnings from using the guide.

Opportunity listings are provided for information only. Before applying, you should independently verify brand details. PromoSetu is NOT a party to any agreement you form with a brand and is not responsible for any brand's conduct, communication, or payment.

4. Membership fee and activation

Membership costs ₹49 one-time (no subscription, no recurring charge). Payment is made via UPI. For security, membership is activated only after your payment is verified against the transaction reference (UTR) you submit. Membership is personal to your account and non-transferable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, redistribute or publicly post the guide PDF, opportunity details, or your member access (including sharing screen recordings, exports or copies);
• Create accounts with false information or another person's email;
• Submit fake payment references (UTRs) or attempt to obtain access without valid payment;
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or to send spam/abusive content through application forms.

If you violate these rules, we may terminate your membership immediately without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue appropriate remedies.

6. Artificial intelligence and content

The platform and its contents (including the guide) are for your personal use as a member. We do not claim any specific result from following the guide. You are responsible for your own applications to brands and for complying with platform rules (for example, Instagram/YouTube guidelines and applicable laws) when working with brands.

7. Account and availability

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue the platform entirely before you have had access to the guide, we will notify members by email and honour refund requests in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoSetu and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost income, lost opportunities or business losses — arising from your use of the platform or from interactions with brands. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the ₹49 membership fee you paid.

9. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of your membership after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY], India.
